TIL, thanks to the Internet Artifacts site, that the a cappella version of Tom’s Diner by Suzanne Vega’s was the first recording that was ever encoded into MP3.
I love the song. My beloved English teacher, Garbiñe Badiola, used it to teach me this beautiful language. So I thought that it could only be appropriate to bring the song to my blog.
