After a few years and a post-pandemic diet, I’m back to baking bread. I didn’t have much at home last night. All purpose flour and dehidrated yeast. I made a poolish yesterday and today I made this loaf. Family is already enjoying some tasty sandwiches. Here’s to Dan Lepard and Iban Yarza.
