Most probably, only Basques and some Spaniards will understand this picture. It’s our new year’s meal. There’s #elvers in one pot and #squids in black ink sauce in the other one. The small clay pots are for serving individual elvers portions. Elvers and squids are, for us, some of the most delicious meals.
